We are Barbecue 2 U, a North Carolina style BBQ concessionaire. We serve slow cooked hickory smoked pork BBQ made fresh on site. Our trailer resembles a log cabin with a large wood burning BBQ cooker onboard. We've been in attenance and have had a great reception at some of the largest festivals on the east coast.
