Our family has put three generations of love, sweat and tears into the barbecue business and we are happy to share that commitment (not to mention our good food) with you today. All of our "Q" is hicory smoked until melt in your mouth tender. Being wood fired creates a pink color in the meat that intensifies the flavor and keeps it extra juicy. Our entire menu is available for take out and we also provide full service catering.
